"I really cannot recommend Karen’s workshop enough. As always I learnt more than I thought possible at an event and the wonderful ease of style Karen has and way that she manages such a diverse audience is just awesome beyond words. She is such a shining example, and my goodness so is Pete, and they both have such a great sense of humour. It will be great when they do video the class because it will be so invaluable to anyone who is starting out or even further down the road because she gives so much information and throws in many ideas whilst answering everyone's questions. Oh by the way, Karen's midwife was at the class as well. Isn't that neat?" - Angela, London
"I'd gone to the raw food preparation day to acquire balance on eating raw and to see how the various foods and recipes could be prepared. I was not disappointed. Mouth-watering delicacy after mouth-watering delicacy were prepared in a matter of minutes and tasted superb! I came away relieved and enlightened as to how healthy, balanced, and how even more fulfilling my chosen way of eating was about to become. I was also amazed at the distances people had traveled to be there! It was a sell out!" – Andrea Semple, Berks
