In this unique weekend programme, the first and ONLY one of its kind, Karen will share with you the 7 key steps to creating a raw food lifestyle that works for you ongoingly - one that will evolve and change as you do, and one that you can actually maintain. These 7 steps are The 7 Steps to Going and Staying Raw and Karen will be walking you through each and every one of them.

By the end of the weekend you will have learned more than you ever thought possible, and you'll be inspired and more than well equipped to make the changes you desire in your own home, for today, tomorrow and the rest of your life. This course is life-changing.

If you are ready to really get into raw food and all that it has to offer, exploring the emotional and the more subtle side of food as well as the practicalities, this is the course for you.

Fees and dates

The investment for this weekend is just £279 per person and includes all of the above. A local accommodation list is supplied upon booking.

Maximum of 9 people per course.


Saturday starts at 10:00am and finishes at 8:00pm after dinner.

Sunday starts at 9:00am prompt and finishes at 5:30pm.

Because these weekends are quite intimate (only 9 people per class) Karen requests that in the first instance you contact her by email to see if this course is the right one for you. Sometimes it may be that another course, class or resource might be more appropriate for you, depending on your needs.

About the venue and how to get there

The venue for all remaining 2007 courses is Karen's welcoming home near Ely, Cambridgeshire.

It's exceptionally easy to get to via all public transport.

By train: Train to Ely (70 minutes from Kings Cross), then taxi to Karen's home (5 minutes).
By National Express coach: Coach from Victoria to Ely then 10 minute taxi ride to Karen's home.
By car: From the South ~ M11, A11, A10, A142
By plane: Nearest airport is London Stansted followed by a 45 minute train journey to Ely, then 5 minute taxi ride to the venue.
