I decided to write this book in response to the many questions I have been asked, and still am asked to this day about raw food and all issues relating to it.
The 30 Questions that follow are the 30 that have come up most frequently and consistently over the 8+ years I have been working in the field of raw and living foods, and, having recently surveyed my readers it appears that nothing has changed!
